At Down To Earth Counseling, we believe in the power of the mind-body connection to help you heal from physical, emotional, and mental trauma. As a Trauma-Focused Outpatient Mental Health clinic, we offer a range of therapeutic approaches to support your recovery. Our therapists are trained in Somatic Experiencing® (SE™), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT.

Camille Redmann, MSW, LCSW

Camille Redmann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Dakota and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota, with 8 years of experience in trauma therapy. She has worked in various settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient mental health, and hospital social work. A veteran of the US Air Force, she served from 2002 to 2006 before earning her Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2011.

In 2018, Camille completed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training, and she is currently pursuing advanced training in Somatic Experiencing, with certification expected by February 2025. As an Advanced I Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Trainee, she integrates Somatic techniques into individualized trauma treatment plans, complementing traditional therapeutic approaches.

Known for her direct yet compassionate style, Camille helps clients uncover personal insights to foster healing and well-being. She adopts a Humanistic approach to therapy, focusing on whole-person health, incorporating both the mind and body.

Camille completed her 200-Hour Yoga Instructor Training in October 2024 and is eager to share her love for yoga and the emotional, mental and physical healing benefits. Stay tuned for local community classes lead by Camille coming soon!

Camille provides Telehealth services for clients 18 and older through the SimplePractice platform. She is currently NOT accepting new clients, except for First Responders covered under a specific contract. She is in-network with United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Optum, Sanford Health, North Dakota Medicaid, Minnesota Medicaid, Tricare, Optum/United Health plans, Medica Health Insurance, and also offers self-pay options.

Jessica Nelson, LAPC – Therapist at Down To Earth Counseling

Jessica Nelson, LAPC, has joined the team at Down To Earth Counseling! With a background as a 911 dispatcher for nearly a decade and a passion for emotional wellness, Jessica offers strengths-based, client-centered therapy for adults 18 and older.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology (2015) and a Master of Counseling (2024) from the University of North Dakota. Her crisis response experience has given her deep insight into mental health, inspiring her to pursue clinical training. She creates a warm, collaborative environment that empowers clients to explore their strengths.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, running, reading, and baking cupcakes.

Jessica is accepting new clients NOW and is available for in-office and Telehealth appointments. She is currently welcoming those with Sanford Health Plan Insurance or self-pay options.
